I haven’t written much about Yokomo or the YZ2 as I’ve not really raced these buggies for a fair few years now. But the YZ2 was the buggy I raced when I was a little more serious with club racing. It was the car that I was trained upon by Lee Martin ( multi off road Euro champion and Yokomo Team driver ) of LMR who now races for Nemo Racing.  I ran this at various tracks including Surrey and Hants ( SHRCCC ),  Eden Park Raceway (EPR) and Herts Nitro Model Club (HNMC). It’s a great, tough little buggy with lots of steering and one that I would quite happily drive on the track still today. But with my other race buggies available to me, the YZ2 is currently confined to the shelf.
