The Hobao VSE is a buggy with the chassis ready built. You need to add your own electrics and paint up the shell. The selling point to this buggy is that it is extremely good value for money. The price is the lower end of basher buggies but the build is leaning towards a racing buggy. As a result, the Hobao VSE can be seen as both a basher and a relatively competent racer too.
